New Freya Rose's 'Hanami Night' collection

We love the 'Hanami Night' collection.... part of  Freya Rose part of the new 'Hanami' collection for 2014

Inspired by night time soirees at the Japanese party’s during the cherry blossom season, the 'Night' collection creates a dramatic and glamorous collection of couture shoes.

Hand embroidery is a true British craft and Freya Rose is passionate to be offering this service in a contemporary designer style, unique to the luxury market from her London showroom.

The 'Hanami Night' styles,  'Hiko', 'Kiko' and 'Miko', represent blossoms shimmering in moonlight and natural shadows of dark out lines - black and gold symbolising the essence of Japanese traditional styling.

Hiko £695 (Above), Miko £795 (Below right), Kiko £695 (Bottom left)

The embroidery in these styles incorporate gold plated handmade flowers, gold thread and Japanese clay beads. This limited collection retails between £695 and £1245 and is available now from the Freya Rose website,

This stunning couture collection consists of black silk satin and french Chantilly lace with soft platinum gold kid leather linings and leather soles.

The intricate and unique couture hand embroidery used within these glamorous and dramatic styles consists of entwining japanese clay beads, gold thread and gold flowers in their inspired design.

'I often tend to be drawn to the Orient for inspiration... for the culture, art, architecture, films and beautiful landscapes', explained Freya.

'The new 'Hanami' collection is inspired by one of the most beautiful natural sights in Japan- Groves of Cherry Trees in full blossom. The Hanami tradition is to have daytime picnic parties and moonlit soirees. It's the most magical time.'
