Dance the Night away

Amy and Scott Farmer tied the knot at The Fennes on the 30th November 2012

We got married and had our reception at the stunning Fennes, Bocking which is a charming Georgian Manor House set in 100 acres of scenic North Essex countryside.

The venue is amazing!

I wore a strapless white princess wedding gown encrusted along the neckline and waist with crystals which was designed by Ronald Joyce.

It had small crystals scattered over the skirt which caught the light as I walked.

Scott wore a single breasted grey frock coat suit with a pink waistcoat and cravat from Moss Bros and the groomsmen wore single breasted grey suits with matching waistcoats and cravats.

My bridesmaids wore full length pink dresses which were handmade in America and our flower girls wore white gowns from China with pink sashes made by a friend. All the head dresses were made by myself.

My theme for the wedding was Butterflies with a colour scheme of pink and white.

The cake base was from Marks and Spencers but I decorated it with colourful pink butterflies from Confetti.

At the end of the evening we had a dance off between the bridesmaids and ushers to Gangnam Style by PSY - all captured on film!

The whole day had a lovely intimate feeling and as we were all staying at the same hotel we all left together!

After the big day we flew off for a relaxing honeymoon in beautiful Turkey.

Paul Hubbard from Paul Hubbard Photographic, organised our photography and videography on the day and the guys were amazing.

They blended into the background and I didn't feel as if I was being filmed at all. We had a good laugh with them - lovely guys!

And, at the end of the day they didn't rush off after they had reached the agreed time of finishing (after the first dance), they stayed and carried on filming which caught the dance off!!

We are so happy with our album and DVD. I recommend them to everyone I talk to who is getting married!
