Ros & Nick

Ros married Nick in the Summer House at Ravenwood Hall, followed by a reception in the Edwardian Pavilion on the 24th August 2014

When it came to their wedding, Ros wanted a vintage romantic feel with large open roses, soft pink colours and warm candle light.

‘My daughter loves butterflies and old cameras! says Ros. ‘So, we had butterflies on our table decorations and an old Polaroid camera so our guests could take photos of themselves to add to our guest book with a message.’

Ros wore a vintage inspired oyster lace gown from Justin Alexander’s Signature collection while Nick wore a stylish bespoke blue three-piece suit.

Prior to the ceremony the guests arrived to a summer punch and canapé reception on the stunning lawns; whilst listening to the play list the couple had selected of their favourite songs.

They then enjoyed an exquisite menu before resident DJ John took over for the evening.

Ros arranged for a super cool custom made classic car with a vintage look to drive Nick to the ceremony (‘He couldn’t stop smiling!’).

But, whilst thanking Ros for all her efforts in making their day so special, Nick surprised Ros by presenting her with a stunning snowflake diamond necklace.

‘There were so many special moments,’ explained Ros. ‘But, my son Spencer walked me down the aisle, my daughter Bella doing our reading and having Nick’s son, Luke, as our ring bearer, made us so proud of them all.’
