Lauren & Junior

Lauren & Junior married on the 7th April 2017 at Putteridge Bury House

To set their fun filled day off the couple placed a sign on their son’s jacket during the wedding ceremony stating he was still available for any interested ladies present!

After the marriage ceremony the couple headed off for their reception at The Conservatory at the Luton Hoo Walled Garden.

“While the entire day was amazing and we loved every second,” explained Lauren, “having those 15 minutes alone in the wedding car just the two of us, from the ceremony to the reception venue, was so memorable and precious.”

Lauren and Junior wanted their wedding to be modern, elegant and sophisticated with just a touch of the traditional thrown in but most of all they wanted everyone to feel relaxed.

“We included our favourite food with canape burgers (Junior’s favourite) and lamb shank (both our favourite) as one of our main course options.” says Lauren. “Instead of traditional speeches we hired a comedian to entertain and lead everyone into the toasts.”

To keep the laughter flowing the couple hired a magician to entertain through the drinks reception and meal; a photo booth for the evening and Lauren’s mum surprised the couple with a brilliant caricaturist who was a big hit all night.

There were two bands, one during the day for a quieter more laid-back feel and the second for the evening who also supplied a premixed disco of the couples chosen songs.

“From booking through to receiving our photos Esme, our photographer, was amazing.” says Lauren. “We gave her a list before the day of the most important photos and she got them all and more. She made me feel so relaxed and you forgot she was even there sometimes. We would also like to thank Oliver and his team at The Conservatory at the Luton Hoo Walled Garden, they made our day so fabulous.”
